David Ward

Sadly David was murdered in his own home by the lowest scums of the earth on January 23rd 2008.

They came for HIS money but robbed us ALL in the end with his life. We all can only hope and pray that all four of these dispicable animals (now in cages) will fully reap what they sowed.

Dave was an extremley popular, colourful character that has left a long lasting impression on everyone he ever met. His personality was so special, he was loved and admired by all who came to know him. He would do anything for anyone and always did it without question, with great style and enthusiasm.

He loved to have the fast cars, motorbikes, the latest gadgets and was always popular with the ladies. He lived his live to an energetic fast pace. He always enjoyed every newday as it came and had a large circle of friends.

He was generous to a fault. He always had a smile on his face and an unrivelled zest for life which was infectious. His memory will never fade and he will always have a special place in our hearts.

'DAVE'S DAY' 23rd January will be held each year to celebrate the life of David Ward. To remember all the funny things he used to do and say but most importantly raise a glass to his fast, energetic zest for life.

The annual get together for all Dave's friends and family to be held every year at the Station Pub, Cliff Road, Crigglestone, Wakefield, WF4 3EQ.
